Air Force Football: Starting Right Tackle Sevrin Remmo Weighs Just 240 Pounds

September 4th, 2014| by

There are undersized offensive linemen, and then there’s Air Force’s Sevrin Remmo.

The 6-foot-3, 240-pound starting right tackle confirmed his eye-catching weight with the Colorado Springs Gazette and talked about what it is like to play as a relative bean pole in a world of 300-pounders.

“I tend to fare less well when I have people running at a full sprint and running into my chest. But if I can get my hands on them and use my quickness that way I can be pretty effective in that front as well.

“I think it’s a lot of fun running all over the field as a lineman and trying to get to the second level a lot. I think it’s going to be effective for us.”

Well, as long as he’s having fun.
