Grinnell’s Jack Taylor Scores 109 Points

November 17th, 2013| by

Jack Taylor of Division III Grinnell College made national headlines last season for scoring an NCAA-record 138 points in one game. He’s out to prove he’s even better this season as a junior.

After scoring 71 points in the team’s season opener, Taylor dropped 109 points on Sunday for a cool average of 90 PPG so far this season.

Granted, Grinnell’s first two opponents have been Finlandia University and Crossroads College and Grinnell runs an absurd offensive system. But averaging 90 points a game and hitting 24 3-pointers in one contest against anyone is impressive.
